It is late. You are on Seek again. You have scrolled past the same listings three times this month. You know your CV is good and you know where you want to get to. You just cannot figure out how to get there.
The Founder
I’ve spent a decade in hospitality, from aviation with Virgin Airlines to ultra-luxury resort operations in a number one global destination, and the world’s largest hotel groups.
Along the way, I found myself in rooms where six and seven-figure contracts were negotiated, partnerships were formed, and decisions were made.
I love this industry. I love its precision the way a great property feels effortless on the outside, yet is held together by hundreds of small decisions within. I love the kind of people it attracts: observant, composed under pressure, quietly proud of their craft.
I’ve been the one chasing the dream role, watching others land it because they knew someone. And I’ve been on the other side, seeing exceptional people overlooked simply because their CV didn’t reach the right hands at the right time.
More than anything, that’s why I left, and why I built this.
So I built what I wish existed.
What this actually is
Curated, not generated
Every week, I read what is actually moving in luxury hospitality. The openings, the leadership changes, the brand expansions, the quiet hires that never make it onto the job boards. I send you what is relevant. Not everything. Just what fits your trajectory, your geography, your structure, your timeline.
Someone on the other end
When something lands that you want to chase, I help you go after it properly. A CV positioned for that specific role. A cover letter that reads like you wrote it on a good day. Salary intelligence so you walk in knowing what the room is worth. No platform. No app. No mass list. Just someone who has done the work in this industry and gives a damn whether you land the right role or not.
If you are reading this and you are in the position I have been in, send me an email.
I read every one personally. There is no chatbot. There is no funnel. It is just me.
